Council to seek feedback about the future of the Station Precinct (formerly known as Precinct D).

Council to seek feedback about the future of the Station Precinct (formerly known as Precinct D).

At the very centre of Rhodes, opposite the train station, lies an area of land that will become the key entry and exit point for the suburb. This area is known as the Station Precinct and is bounded by Walker Street, Mary Street, Marquet Street and Gauthorpe Street. The precinct has already been partly developed, however the majority of the land is still awaiting development.

A new proposal features a revised Precinct Plan with important public benefits, compared to what might occur under existing planning controls.

You're invited to review the proposal and participate in the consultation process.
